Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)
At Sole Nutrition, I offer Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), a specialized approach to managing health conditions through personalized nutrition. This process involves assessing your nutritional status, medical history, and lifestyle to identify specific needs. From there, I develop a tailored nutrition plan that may include dietary adjustments, meal planning, and ongoing support to help you manage all actively diagnosed medical conditions especially PCOS, diabetes and gestational diabetes, heart disease, fatty liver, and thyroid conditions.

Hi, I’m Gina, a Registered Dietitian with a holistic, personalized approach to women’s health. I’ve spent years helping women at every stage of life, from adolescence to menopause, make sustainable changes that lead to lasting well-being.
I combine nutrition science with a passion for delicious food and holistic living, focusing on all factors affecting your metabolic health. I take the time to understand your health history and unique needs, offering support that empowers you to feel energized, confident, and in control.
