Meet Gina Moore, Registered Dietitian
Hi, I’m Gina, a Registered Dietitian passionate about supporting women’s health through every stage of life. I offer personalized, holistic care tailored to your unique health history, lifestyle, and goals. My aim is to help you feel energized, confident, and in control of your health.
My journey began with my own health struggles as a teenager, facing mental health and digestive issues. Overcoming these challenges sparked my interest in nutrition and gave me a deep understanding of the difficulties many women face. This experience fuels my dedication to helping women feel their best—inside and out.
With a blend of personal experience and professional expertise, I’m here to guide you through challenges like perimenopause, PCOS, and hormone balance. I provide evidence-based, customized nutrition plans that fit into your life and support your long-term health goals.

What I Hear from My Clients
"I often hear from my clients that they feel so much better—more energized, with better digestion, and a greater sense of comfort in their bodies."
"I’ve been told that my warm energy helps my clients feel comfortable opening up about their struggles, making it easier to work together toward their health goals."
"My clients often tell me they’ve learned more about nutrition than they expected. I take pride in explaining the ‘why’ behind nutrition recommendations in a way that makes sense and empowers them to make lasting changes."
Professional Expertise
With years of education and hands-on experience, I’m a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian (RD) with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science. My journey includes a year-long internship in clinical nutrition, along with extensive experience in women’s health, including gestational diabetes, PCOS, thyroid health, and metabolic health conditions such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease, fatty liver, etc. (Maybe this makes it too lengthy though, I feel like weight loss might need to just be a little more emphasized).
I’ve also worked with the Santa Barbara Public Health Department, helping women manage obesity, heart disease, and chronic conditions. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with a holistic perspective, integrating physical, emotional, and mental health for personalized care.
