Meet Gina Moore, Registered Dietitian
Hi, I’m Gina, a Registered Dietitian passionate about supporting women’s health through every stage of life. I provide personalized, holistic nutrition care that’s grounded in evidence and tailored to your unique health history, lifestyle, and goals—so you can feel more energized, confident, and in control of your health in a way that actually fits your real life.
My interest in nutrition began through my own health challenges as a teenager, navigating both mental health and digestive issues. That experience gave me a deeper understanding of how complex and personal health can feel, and it’s what continues to drive my commitment to supporting women through their own journeys with empathy and clarity.
Today, I combine that lived experience with clinical expertise to help women work through concerns like gut health, weight management, and hormone balance. My approach is practical, supportive, and step-by-step—focused on sustainable changes that build over time and support long-term wellbeing.

What I Hear from My Clients
"Clients often share that they feel noticeably better—more energized, with improved digestion, and a greater sense of ease and comfort in their bodies."
"Many also tell me they feel at ease opening up about their challenges, which helps create a supportive, judgment-free space where we can work together more effectively toward their goals."
"I also frequently hear that they’ve learned more about nutrition than they expected. I make it a priority to clearly explain the 'why' behind recommendations in a way that feels practical and empowering, so they can build lasting habits with confidence."
Professional Expertise
With advanced education and clinical training, I am a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian (RD)—a credential that requires completing a bachelor’s degree in nutrition or dietetics, an accredited year-long supervised clinical internship, and passing a national board exam to ensure a high standard of medical nutrition expertise.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science with an emphasis in Dietetics from California State University, Los Angeles, and completed extensive hands-on clinical training in medical nutrition therapy across hospital and community settings.
I specialize in women’s health and metabolic wellness, supporting conditions such as PCOS, thyroid disorders, diabetes, and cardiometabolic concerns including weight management, heart disease, and liver disease. I also have experience working with the Santa Barbara Public Health Department, where I supported women and families with pregnancy, breastfeeding, and childhood nutrition through practical, accessible, and sustainable nutrition strategies.
My approach blends evidence-based nutrition science with a holistic, whole-person perspective—supporting physical, emotional, and behavioral health to create realistic, personalized changes that are designed to last.
